Can I join another group?

We are very sorry but all our trips are private. There is a four person minimum and a two hour minimum.

How do I book a trip?

All our bookings are done through a phone call. This allows us to make sure we are able to provide you with exactly what you like. We like to under promise and over deliver. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

What happens in case of poor weather?

Good question. We do not force any trips. Once the trip is booked it will be up to the captain and or the guest as to whether or not the trip will be one that can safely and enjoyably be completed. If the trip is cancelled by either person, the refund will be issued immediately. In some cases we try to rebook but only when it works well for the guest. Otherwise the deposit is sent back to the card used to place the reservation.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes, we will have a large cooler with bottled water and ice. You are welcome to bring anything you desire and put it in our cooler.

How much is a deposit and is it refundable?

We take a $50.00 to $100 deposit for all trips, and it is fully refundable when given a 24 hour notice*. Trips cancelled because of weather will receive a full refund. Don't get trapped in a charter requiring 50% down and a reschedule only option. That is the policy of most companies. We realize that weather happens and most of our guests are on vacation and do not know when they will return. Having a credit for a boat trip you are unlikely to take does not make sense. We try to put ourselves in your shoes and do what is right.

Finding transportation close to home can be useful when a vehicle is unavailable or parking is difficult. Before arranging a ride, passengers can check pickup locations, estimated fares, and availability. Searching for a taxi service near me is a practical starting point for planning local travel.
